Hello, if your blackberry locked by old password just type any password until you fail 10 times. It will make your blackberry torch 9800 unlocked and reset to default setting. But if you means locked by network, you need blackberry unlock code to unlock your blackberry phone.

Hello please follow these steps
1. Turn your phone off 2. remove your battery 3. Install the battery and do not turn the phone back on for 20 minutes. 4. Connect your charger to the phone and allow a charge to establish 5. Try to unlock a percieved un lockable phone one more time 6. Contact your phone tech support through their service number If your still having problems, come back for additional support.
