Cut the cord and you'll find 6 wires and a black smaller cable with a white wire and a black wire. The smaller cable with the black and white wire will NOT be used. The 3 positive speaker wires are red,blue,grey. The remaining 3 are the negative which are green,yellow,and orange. Happy Listening and God Bless!

MP3 File type WMA9 file type AAC file type you may need to experiment on the mp3 file types as there are different bit rates . I have used this to convert audio files to find format that is compatible https://www.nch.com.au/switch/index.html also be wary of usb file system could also be an issue fat32 , NTFS , fat 16 ... devices specs did not mention what file system it reads from

Che k the end of ur headphone jack also check where its being put into possibly to rule out its not faulty headphones i sugest try them on something else then u can rule that out

you will an amp . this unit is supposed to a preamp., making it line level. Try removing and replacing the battery in the remote , it may reset it or the drop may have damaged it .

Being 18 years plus old, spares were discontinued some 10 years ago. Genuine belts are no longer available only generic 'kits' of which will be the wrong dimensions or/and wrong tension. This will stop the idlers from moving freely.That is probably your issue.
