Sorry, but it's been a long time since scanners could be modified to extend or change their frequency coverage. The AIR band in your BC350C allows you to monitor commercial, private, and some military aircraft. If you want full military air coverage though, I suggest that you look at the reasonably-priced BC370CRS.

push manual on the scanner push manual again to see if the channel changes if so then push the scan button , if still no scan see if the volume is turned up. if not turn it up and see if you have any white noise , if you have what is called white noise turn the squelch till the noise is gone then press scan if it still does not scan you may have all the channels locked out and if so they need to be unlocked refer to the manual to know how to unlock channels then try again if that does not work scanner may need to be repaired
