Sound on turntable is extremely low
As the majority is working ok and the audio section is likely to be shared with the tape, cd and tuner, the problem is most likely to be the switching to the record deck, the phono cartridge or the wiring or connections between the cartridge and amplifier.
I suggest you dust off your trusty multimeter and begin at the cartridge and work towards the amplifier.
Considering the price range of the system it is unlikely the tone arm will be fitted with a magnetic cartridge and most likely a piezo or ceramic cartridge will be fitted. If the arm is dropped onto the stylus of this type of cartridge the piezo crystal can easily be broken, often resulting in a much reduced output or no output at all. A typical output would be 500 mV to 1 volt...
Cd doesn't read the cd
Are these store-bought CD's, or ones that somebody made for you?
If the latter, they might not have finalized the session, which is why they're not reading.
When is the last time you cleaned your CD player with a lens cleaner?
If you can't recall, then perhaps now is a good time to do just that.

above is a generic video that applies to almost all belt driven turntables including yours that will show how to install the belt and a few other things. maybe something in the video will clear up exactly how to get the belt on right.
if motor won't spin, spin it with your fingers, sometimes a "dead spot" developes on these motors. if it then starts on it's own, just let it run for a few hrs and the problem may solve itself for a long long time.
Nothing on Radio stereo system works.
check to see if the cd player has a little hole next to it if it does that is a release use a paper clip to push into the hole that should get your cd out.
Power transformer appears bad.
