I had something similar happen to ma about a year ago, I moved my tower a couple inches to reach for something that fell and then my screen was "colorful". Turned out that I just knocked my monitors cable out just enough that it was not working properly. I would first check to see if either end of the monitor cable has come loose from the computer tower or the monitor itself. I have also had the colors go wild when I had a faulty video graphics card, but I would start with the cable first to make sure it is secure.

look up some password utilities, sometimes you can download something to reset the password on the local machine and be good to go.

open case locate the hard drive unplug cabled unscrew it side it out and reverse to install

Hi and welcome to fixya firstly check your power cable of the CPU and then if this isn't works then put the RAM from the CPU and then reinsert it if still isnt work then there should b a hardware problem
