I see this is listed two times with different model numbers, if looks anything like attached photos it is convergence and with correct model number I can help. Also let me know your skill level as this will require some skills but can be a do it yourself repair.

To know what is wrong do a simple test almost anyone can doModel listed has three picture tubes, with rear cover removed turn set on and look into the three lens, each should have a picture--one red, one green and one blue.If any one of the three look like a floodlight you have bad glycol in that tube.This will not be a do it yourself repair, The liquid is toxic and like antifreeze to keep the face of each tube cool.Do not attempt to take the lens of the affected tube apart, that can be fatal to you and the set.Let me know what you find and I can give you options.

Replace your STK ics 2 of them big black ics STK392-560 go by STK on part in set.

Check that the lead has not become disconnected internally. The lead plugs in to circuit board.

have u blown any dust or deprie out of the back vents after setting and made sure nothing was no the contacts mt tv did this and i blew it out with air turned back on and had picture cuz i had sound also
