Why does it have no picture but making a chirping noise?

Ouch this is most likely a colorwheel issue, The colorwheel is where the lamps white light picks up color. It is literally a wheel, therefore needs a bearing to spin on, this is very often the case please see the link below: http://www.fixyourdlp.com/guides/samsung/bp96-01579a.php

Dptv335 model number#60pp9363H/17SAM Mode Green Convergence

Your Green CRT is getting Mold in the glycol. This will get worse. You need to drain the glycol out of the crt and clean, then apply new glycol to the crt. You should do the blue one also, because it will go next. The Red can can be left alone.

I have an older 2004

Get a component video cable (blue, green, red) and a separate RCA audio cable (white and red) if your cable box has a component video output and the TV has a component video input.

If your cable box doesn't have the component output, you will need a converter to go from the HDMI to component video. Something like this: http://www.hdtvsupply.com/hdmi-to-component.html . There are other converters available if your TV has some other inputs available.

A cable that has an HDMI M on one end and a VGA M on the other will not work. HDMI signals from the set top box are a digital signal. The VGA port on the TV is set to read an RGB analog signal. (Similarly a component to VGA cable would not work since the RGB and PbPrY are not compatible.)

I hope this helps.

Convergence bad on my 60pp9363h what part do i

Your convergence has failed and needs to be repaired. Once quick test is to goto your convergence menu and see if you can adjust red and blue. If not its has failed and needs to be fixed. You can call in a repair shop or you can get the parts and instructions from www.TvRepairKits.com and do the repair yourself. Its a fairly easy DIY fix.

These tv's have an expected life of 8 years at normal usage so your tv's are starting to show signs of old age.
Yes, the failure of the power circuits in the convergence board are a common occurrence in tv's of that age. So common that other companies have started to put together refurbishment/repair kits for them. This is the one for this tv - Philips 60PP9363

Too much green, picture is

Test to see if the poor color is just for the video that you're playing or if it is same for the TV's native menu also. If is's just for the video that you're playing and you're using a component input, the BLUE input cable is loose. If it's the same for the native menu also and you have a DLP TV, there could be a problem with the color wheel.

I have a Philips model

The trouble your describing points to a convergence IC chip that has gone bad. These chips align the colr to get the clear picture you were used to. These can be replaced if your technically savy enough or they can be replaced by a Tv technician at a reasonable price. How would you like to procede with this? I can give you directions and you can decide if you can handle the repair or call somone to tackle this for you. I would repolace both of the chips to ensure they don't go bad again quickly on you.You will need to replace the convergence chips and possibly some convergence resistors and pico fuses.

This is a a fairly easy DIY job if you know what you are doing. If you have never done this before we would advise calling a shop or if you want to do it yourself get a complete kit with instructions and support from TvRepairKits.com

Their kits include a step by step instruction guide, original OEM Sanyo STK chips, convergence resistors, pico fuses, thermal paste, email/phone support, etc.
