When trying tp start the laptop the screen goes to
OS is corrupted or the hard drive is bogus because of errors affecting OS operation. Remove drive and perform diagnostics to make sure it is not the culprit.Then using your recovery software see if you can perform a repair of the existing OS without losing your data. If not, yo have no choice but to reload unit after copying any files you do not want to lose.
