what are you trying to hook up to it??? standard hookup is either by avi cables or HDMI cord which works on DVD,satellite,most newer VCRs mine even has one for standard cable if you could be more specific them you'd get better help

I suggest you download the manual for the A-MW T342 system from the link below. The T342 has almost identical features to the T365 and uses the exact same remote control. The main differences are the T342 has additional buttons on the front panel of the unit and the T365 has slightly better connectivity on the rear of the unit, i.e. one extra AV input and an extra digital/optical port. Most of the T342 manual will be applicable to your system.

Your only chance of finding this exact manual is by locating someone with the same system and hoping they're generous enough and able to scan the entire manual and send it to you. A-MW ceased trading a couple of years ago so that's a dead end. I've had some success in the past by contacting people who are selling equipment on Ebay and asking for copies of manuals. Finally, if you need help setting-up or operating the system or you are having problems with it, why not just ask some specific questions? It's quite likely that I - or someone else here - can answer your questions. The T365 manual is notoriously poor anyway (from the reviews I've seen) and user manuals hardly ever contain any worthwhile information on what to do when something goes wrong.
I'll keep trying for the T365 manual for you, but I'm unlikely to find it. There's a far better chance of downloading some rather nasty malware than actually downloading the manual. If you've been following some of the links for this manual that show in Google / search results, I also suggest you run some virus/malware scans on your PC asap.

Something is overriding the Play function. Perhaps on the remote itself or in the machine's hardware switches. Hide all the remotes. Try the front panel Play button. Works? Figure out which remote is causing it.

Still not working? Turn it OFF. Manipulate all controls to make sure they're not 'stuck'. Try again.

You can remove the cabinet by removing 4 screws. Then pick up white circular plastic ring over the DVD and carefully ease the DVD out backwards.

Take the disk out of the disk tray, go to setup and reset the unit under the preference menu to "Default".

If you have noticed/observed that it cannot read *.wav format(sound) and generally PS's DVD/CD have the corresponding decoder, plus the signal has to be digital recording whereas most almost all PS's have analog output. Thus no sound.....................................sodeep

Remove disk from teh disk tray and try Setup after that.

I have had this htib for some time and almost all problems, even this one, can be remedied by leaving it unplugged for about 5 minutes, sometimes less. I've had this particular problem in the past and i believe it has to do with the system itself getting to hot. it needs to have lots of ventilation to keep within operating temperatures. You can try the unplug for 15 seconds to a minute trick for just about any electronics like this. Was given that bit of info while i worked as tech support for directv.

find the brand name normally they got remotes that work on all there brand names as long as its in that series and species
