The left channel meter shows no record imput when recording from a outside source. Right channel only. Checked left rca imput inside and out, with different rca cords, but no good. Definitely either the imput jack or something else. Any ideas???

This could be a lot of things. IT could be a switch connection or a chip that has failed, could be a solder connection that is bad. Without proper equipment to send a signal into the unit and trace it, you may not be able to find the problem.

Set the clock on RCA RP-9325 Audio system

Slide the switch Lock/Wake/Clock on the top of the unit to clock position. Press REV or FWD to set the clock time. The time decrements or increments will follow by a faster rate when you press and hold the buttons. The ":" between hour and minute time flashes when you are setting the time. https://voxxintl.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/225310027-Operating-the-RCA-RP5420-Dual-Alarm-Clock-Radio

Trying to hook up an older subwoofer to my newer Vizio TV how to single Jack on the subwoofer it is a rca subwhoofer

You did not list the model numbers of either item but I can tell you that the new televisions use HDMI to send and receive audio. With that in mind, there is no way to do what you want to do unless you buy a converter like this one: https://www.amazon.com/AGPtek-SPDIF-Extractor-Converter-output/dp/B00ECTHIKK

Got an ONN TV and an ONN soundbar. Hooked up via RCA cable. TV audio in PCM mode. Soundbar in AUX mode. Can't get any sound from soundbar. What have I missed?

PCM mode is a digital audio file that should be sent to the soundbar via an optical or coaxial digital audio cable. The coaxial digital audio cable uses an RCA plug but not the L/R stereo channels of analog audio. The aux input is usually the 3.5 MM cable from a computer, CD or MP3 player or a cell phone or tablet. First, which type of RCA cable is connected between the sound bar and the TV? Second, are you sure that the TV connection is an audio out? (A number of recent TVs have only one audio output. This means there is only the optical audio out and not even a headphone jack.) Once you double-check the input at the sound bar, choose the Line In input if you are using the stereo RCA cable. If you are using the Optical input, select that input. Use either the Mode button or the specific input button on the remote. Then double-check that the TV is set for the appropriate audio out. I hope this helps. Please add a comment with the model of the TV and the sound bar for further information. I looked at the ONB18SB001 documentation for some of this. The manual for this Onn soundbar is available at Manuals Lib. See https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1498038/Onn-Onb18sb001.html?page=12#manual for the list of input modes and the input to which they correspond. Here is the image of the inputs on the back of the ONB18SB001: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1498038/Onn-Onb18sb001.html?page=7#manual . Cindy Wells

Hello how to hook up akg wireless mic wms 40 with only a balanced 1/4" balanced output to amplifier. I did buy a 1/4 adapter with a single Rca female side on one end hooked up a sin

Did you have more detail to the question? Seems to be missing something at the end. Please Edit the question or Add Information or Comment to flesh it out What in specific are you hooking the microphone into? Amplifier, preamp, mixer, receiver? It will depend what your input is expecting Have you put in new batteries in the mic? Do you see that the receiver is receiving the mic signal? Is there any sound at all when you plug the output of the receiver into the input of your { fill in the blank } ? Do I need to use an optical fiber cable to hook up a Norcent DVD player with 4 speakers? I am using RCA jacks and get beautiful background sound, but no actual speaking sounds. Thanks!

DVD players normally don't have amps built into them. If you need to connect the DVD to amp (AV) then it will need to be connected either via an RF lead connected via RCA sockets marked RF OUT on the DVD player and one on the AV marked RF IN. If the AV has an optical in, then you can connect the DVD to that for better quality sound. You might also need to change the sound output settings on the DVD player to the correct one you are using. Missing speaking sounds are the result of a lack of a centre channel speaker. If your AV doesn't have one. Then you will have to use the stereo only setting. If the DVD player is only currently connected via the standard RCA left and right jacks, you will only get stereo sound.

Which rca output from deck do I use for an eq

If you're trying to put an equaliser in between a source and an preamp or integrated amp, the amp needs to have tape OUT or dubbing OUT connections. This will go to the eq's IN. Then eq OUTs should be connected to the tape or dubbing IN on the amp. When playing any source you set the amp's source selector to tape or dubbing IN and now what you are hearing is coming through the equaliser.

Add external speakers to TV that has no sound out

1. Look at the user manual, typical setups are described. If you don't have your manual anymore, the PDF will be on the Internet, you need the Brand and Model name of your TV. 2. HDMI *can* have an output, HDMI 1.4 supports "Audio return channel (ARC)" - where a digital audio channel sends the audio back from the TV (for soundbars etc.). 3. Yes, there are Coaxial to Optical converters, IF you need something like that.

I have a Pyle PFMRA340BB Amplifier. Worked great for several months, but now Left channel is dead, whether BT or RCA input, the Left channel just pops and issues a dull roar.

Stereo amplifies are just two mono ones joined together. So if you have a problem with the left you can always look at the right side if that is working good. As all the parts are the same and so are any voltage readings taken. A visual inspection is the first option, if something looks strange in the left channel compared to the right, then replace it with the same part you can see in the right. The only problem is when the amp uses one power amp for both channels. But in that case replace the thing. Apart from that individual parts, such as the power supply, you can leave alone, as they would affect both channels.
