The Universal remote will probably not work with all of the features/buttons of the TV's original remote. The RCR414bhe manual indicates a copyright date of 2018. The LED32B30RQD is 3 years newer. Usually a universal remote needs to be programmed 6 months after the TV was manufactured to include the full set of compatible codes. (It may work for On/Off or volume changes. In sets that act totally dead 3 out of 4 times it's the power board, if your ok doing this take the back off and look on the power board for the connector that goes to the main board and see if you can see a ps-on pin, you need to see around 3 volts there, if you don't the power board is bad, if you see it then it's a main
