When I got Direct TV my TV would not program with the remote so I had to use separate remotes. That is what the Direct TV rep told me and now I have Time Warner and still have the same problem with one of the TV's. Hope this helps

Mira, tienes un fusible abierto, que no te permite entrar a los ajustes.
A un lado del fly back hay tres pastillitas colo cafe ( fusibles), el de enmedio es el que tienes que cambiar (400ma), pero tienes que resoldar toda el area del fly back, por que ahi tienes falsos o loose connections.

If you cannot adjust it in the menu - then your convergence is broken and needs to be repaired. the fuse is located on the ac filter board which is the small white board on the right side infront of the green board when looking in the rear of the TV. Its also the board that the powercord plugs into. I am attaching a picture of the board that has the fuse on it
