Turn the TV off and unplug it from the wall and also unplug everything that is connected to your TV for about 1 minute and plug everything back in again. There could some thing wrong with the power supply or a problem with the t conn board here.

The Magnavox NH400UD is a remote that included with select TV models, including the Magnavox 50M412B/F7. It is not a universal TV remote. The functions are locked to the original TV (or its sibling models).
