Samsung HP-S4253x plasma TV flashing broad bright vertical orange bars and many pixels flashing green color

your Samsung TV is experiencing issues such as sound but no picture, you can reset it by unplugging it and holding the power button for 30 seconds. If you're having issues turning your TV on, you may need to unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it directly into an outlet that you know works properly. You can also try pressing and holding the power button on your remote until the TV turns off and on again. If the issue persists, please contact Samsung Support for further assistance. How do I enable closed captions on samsung smart TV?

Unfortunately, most TVs only support closed captions on the RF (OTA or analog cable without a set-top box) input. For other sources, the captions are enabled at the source device or app. The Samsung Series 8 UA65TU8000KXXS does support some subtitled files from the USB drive. However, the support is limited to select subtitle and video formats. What is the format for these videos? See page 134 of the E-manual for details; the menu section on the subtitles is shown starting on page 222. The manual for this model is available on the product page: https://www.samsung.com/sg/tvs/uhd-4k-tv/tu8000-65-inch-crystal-uhd-smart-tv-ua65tu8000kxxs/ . The current link to the manual is https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202208/20220802172628638/NIKDVBADT-3.2.0_EM_NIKE_ASIA_ENG_220110.0.pdf . I hope this helps. Cindy Wells (VLC can support a number of caption file types. See https://www.rev.com/blog/resources/how-to-add-captions-and-subtitles-to-vlc-media-player-videos-and-movies . There is also a plugin that lets the program find subtitle files automatically. One or both of these is probably why the video captions work on VLC for Android.)

One half of Samsung LED TV screen went black, and then the other side, but one side always works

If one half of the screen on a Samsung LED TV goes black and then the other side but one side always works, then it most likely means that there is an issue with the LCD panel or internal hardware of the TV. It is recommended to contact Samsung support and schedule a service appointment to have a technician check the TV for any potential repairs that may need to be done.

Samsung 55' Smart TV LED Light Repair.

It sounds like you may be experiencing issues with the LED lights that you installed in your Samsung 55-inch smart TV. The fact that the dark spot on the screen has moved to the left side and the lights are appearing at the bottom of the screen like Christmas tree lights is not normal behavior and could be caused by a number of factors. Some potential causes for the issue could include:
  1. Incorrect installation: If the LED lights were not installed correctly, it could cause the issues you are experiencing. Make sure that the lights were installed according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer and the video you watched on YouTube.
  2. Damaged LED lights: The LED lights themselves may be damaged or malfunctioning, causing the issues you are experiencing. Try replacing the LED lights with a new set to see if this fixes the problem.
  3. Other issues with the TV: The issue could also be caused by a problem with the TV itself, such as a malfunctioning display or control board.
To troubleshoot the issue, you can try the steps listed above. If you are unable to fix the problem, it is recommended to contact Shop Jimmy or a TV repair technician for further assistance. They will have the necessary tools and expertise to properly diagnose and repair the issue.

Samsung tv keeps turning on and off

The fact that the backlight stayed on when you unplugged the cable running from the power supply board to the main board does suggest that the issue is likely with the power supply board. However, it is still possible that the problem could be caused by a malfunctioning main board or another component of the television. To confirm the cause of the issue, you may want to try swapping out the power supply board with a known good one to see if this resolves the problem. If the issue persists even with a new power supply board, it is possible that the main board or another component of the television is the cause of the problem. If you are unable to troubleshoot the issue using the steps above, or if you are not comfortable working with electronic components, it is recommended to seek the assistance of a qualified technician to diagnose and repair the television.

Why does a Samsung t.v un65ks8000 doesn't power on? Red standbylight keeps blinking on and off and screen lights for about 3 seconds and then out repeatedly

An interruption in the power supply is the main cause of the red light flashing problem. This interruption is often the result of swollen or blown capacitors. Capacitors are a very important part of TVs as they save and release electricity in the TV

How dew a program a Magnavox NH400UD IEC03

The Magnavox NH400UD is a remote that included with select TV models, including the Magnavox 50M412B/F7. It is not a universal TV remote. The functions are locked to the original TV (or its sibling models). To see the instructions for using the remote with the original TV, see the documentation here: https://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/cpindex.pl?ctn=50MF412B/F7&hlt=Link_UserManuals&mid=Link_UserManuals&scy=US&slg=ENG . You will have better luck getting a universal remote control to work with your Samsung TV. Just make sure that the remote is newer than the TV by 6 months or more. It usually takes six months for new codes to reach the universal remote control manufacturing facilities. I wish that I had better news for you. Cindy Wells
