Go through the menu and check the aspect ratio. Choose the ratio that was working OK for you.
Looks like user correctable setting. Check user guide also.

I have a RCA tv wont turn on and makes a high
Your TV is actually functioning but their is probably a leakage on high voltage supply.
Warning : The next procedure should be done by an expert.
1.Clean the anode cap mounted on the CRT.But before touching the cap be sure that the voltage stored in the CRT is discharge to avoid risk of electric shock. It is done by creating a path of conduction from anode cap to chassis ground.
2.After cleaning the anode cap and the CRT surface.Attached the anode cap to the CRT.Be sure after attaching the pins correctly push and vacuum the socket and the cap to seal leakage.

Not Available Flashing
My Samsung TXN3271HF had the same issue where the poorly-designed Soft-Touch channel button begin to register phantom touches (leading to the "Not Available" message flashing on the screen).
The fix is simple: remove the plastic strip containing the Soft-Touch buttons and when replacing the strip, leave some room between the buttons and the TV's circuit board (you will see the circuit board once you remove the plastic strip).
Hope this helps.

I see only horizontal line on TV Samsung CK-5339ZB
h/line is due to vertical section failure.
1 reduce brightness as you will get h/line due to vertical failure.
2 check v/section for loose contact or yoke connection.
3 check supply to vertical section.
4 check associated parts in v.section
5 at last check for vertical ic.
resistor R410 CONNECTED TO high voltage transformator T444 is low value resistor.
.5ohm to 10 ohm.
it burnt again due to short cht in vertical mainly due to ic.
hope this will help.

You have asked me where the fuse is located
The answer to that is , the fuse is locaed INSIDE THE SET on the chasis.
To find the fuse
1. You will need to look at the back of the television set where the power chord connects to the
chasis, the fuse will be located in that area.
Chasis in this situation means the board wich is located at the bottom of the television
and does not mean the CRT board attached to the picture tube.
