Hi Liz,
Bingo Island seams like an online game.
What this means is that the game is trying to connect to a computer which tells your game what to do basically. This is very common and there is no need to worry.
Have you checked that you are connected to the internet?
If you are using WiFi, check to see if you are connected.
If you are using cellular, call your provider to see if you have Data activated on your account, or to see if you have reached your data limit.
I hope this helps you, please comment if you need more assistance.
Niall

your original email address is your iCloud acct email, unless you changed the acct info. if you just mistyped, then retype because you could not get into a mistyped email address and get in. or is it a locked acct your are trying to break into?
Try this...double push the home button and upward swipe to close all apps that are open. Then hold down the power button until the power off screen appears. Do not swipe. Instead hold down the home button until your icon screen reappears ( this may take a few seconds). Once this is done, power off the device and wait at least 30 seconds before turning it back on. What you have just done is stop running extra apps, then cleared your cache, then rebooted your device. I hope this helps!
Did you installed the latest IOS? Are you in the Beta program?
Try one thing, press and hold the power button and the home button together. Keep holding them until you see the Apple logo again, let go of them when Apple log is display. Hope it works.
