Check the water level in the radiator when the engine is cold. Fill to the top and make sure the surge tank is at the proper level. If that's all good the problem comes down to a plugged heater core or the dash heat control.

its a heated oxgen sensor code but its saying for gasoline engines which is common normaly i replace the o2 sensor if there cheap because its such a common problem nut on more expensive ones i test and make sure rarely have i had a problem with it being a wiring or computer issue

For the most part, the position is to remain where it is, but, can sometimes be adjusted with an allen/torx type bit from the bottom side or a pair of needle nose pliers at the base of the stem. The reality for most newer model fuel injected vehicles is that even if you change the position, the computer will over-ride it and return to the previous idle speed within a few miles.They are set in a specific position though because the idle speed is adjusted through the Engine Mgmt. System using all of the combined engine sensors/components. IE: Throttle Position Sensor, Crankshaft sensor, Camshaft Sensor, Idle Speed Control motor, Oxygen sensor, etc. You may need to adjust the Throttle Position Sensor, some of those leave a small amount of room for adjustment by loosening the 2 attaching bolts. Make sure that if you remove the TSP, you lubricate the seal before reinstalling.If the idle is a problem, check for other issues, tune-up, air filter, oil change, vacuum leaks, etc. These can all have an impact on the idle speed.
