there is heater core bypass valve connected to the heater hose from the engine to the heater , check the vacuum actuator hose for leaks ( replace that vacuum hose is what i would do ) if you replace that vacuum hose and still getting zero heat output from the heater core . then the heater core bypass valve is either jammed closed or failed completely

Sounds like you might have a bad ABS pump. Or you can try and adjust the rear brakes. And if it is just the ABS pump. You do not have to worried about not having brakes. your gonna need a lift to put it on, as that ones gotta go up from underneath van , but first ya gotta unhook and lower old one, remove engine from transaxle and push it back up from underneath , takes more than 14 man hours to do getting everything hooked back up again , steering was the bigest obstacle to work around , nothing the home garage mech should attempt his self
