Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.
Before going further; try a hard reset first. If it does not help you, replace the main digital board. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; visit the site linked here.
These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices.

If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.
Hi, The part number for this inverter is: 167210, RSAG7.820.5463,it will be printed on the board somewhere perhaps on a sticky label, have a good search around all the boards if you are unfamiliar with the set. If its any help start with the smaller Boards first, the largest will be Main AV and the Power Supply
Hi Michael
Your certainly doing all the right things. I wish more people on this site would give a great description like yours.
OK, so Process of Elimination.
An AC Multimeter would prove useful here.
Assuming your fairly technical and are aware of electric shocks.
Use the meter on AC scale to check for 110 or 240v AC inside your TV power supply section.
Does it get to the board? Does it get to the Switch Mode Power Supply?
Switch Mode power Supplies can be powered up by a normal AC type switch (ac wires to physical switch) or a Logic type switch. (Like on a computer Keyboard) This triggers the Switch Mode to turn on. Usually you get a high frequency zip sound.
Is the switch mode supply open on the PCB or is it in a Metal Enclosure? (perhaps has a separate fuse inside) the Electrolytic capacitors inside here are in a harsh environment so this is where they leak or bulge.
If the Switch Mode Supply doesn't come to life then you have the problem.
The other side of the Switch Mode Supply is lower DC voltages. Perhaps 12v or 5v. Use the multimeter to check.
A logic type switch usually stores a voltage in a capacitor on the secondary low voltage side of the Power Sup. When the logic switch discharges the cap it fires up the SM Power Supply. This is how computers boot up. So look for bad cams on low voltage side.
See where wires come in from switch to Power Supply.
Good Luck
Set-up (Programming) procedure is too much to type in here, and is not practical and it will differ brand-to-brand remote controls. If you wish to get more; check the sites linked here. The site has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. The site has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Set-up code list to many brand remote controls also is given. Pull up older posts. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. It will help you to find the document easily.

• If your device does not respond to the remote after trying all codes listed or your brand is not listed in the code list, use the Auto Code Search method to program your remote.
• Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may operate only a few functions of your device. There may be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality.
This is a trial and error procedure; and quiet time consuming. You might have to check different codes said for your device.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device; to which you want set-up codes; in the "Search box at the top right of the display window" to get gathered related posts.
Question edited for clarity.
You say you typed 'http', but did you type 'http://'?
Your Enter button is the OK Button in the centre of the 4 Arrows on the remote.

The best way is to use a Bluetooth keyboard if the set uses Bluetooth connectivity.

E-Manual MT9612 NA (hisense-usa.com)
Often the instructions for programming a TV remote control is included in the TV manual. The EN 31201A remote came with several TVs including the Hisense F39V77C. The manual for this TV only lists a few cable and satellite box codes: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/594196/Hisense-F39v77c.html?page=11#manual . This page refers you to the manufacturer's site for additional codes. The Hisense-usa.com site did not list the specific TV that I found that used the EN31201A remote.
Since the F39V77C first shipped in 2012, the remote would probably be limited to use with devices that were built in 2011 or earlier. I recommend a universal remote that includes support for streaming devices. Unfortunately, I don't know which support Fubo TV specifically. Most packaging advertises Roku or Amazon Fire support. You can find the code lists for some RCA universal remotes online. (Most of the others require finding a code written inside the battery compartment to determine the remote generation and code list.)
I wish that I had better news for you.

Bypassing a board or a part on the board would be like removing the spark plugs from a car and expecting it to run. On a serious note, if the TV has lightning damage recycle it and buy a new TV, you may be able to turn in a claim to your insurance company, once a set has storm damage even replacing a board may not fix it long term, in our service center we usually won't repair a TV the customer advises of lightning damage,it's a good way to get call backs
