my outputs dont have signal

to change headphone track, use the cue slider which is located on the right of the control panel above the right chanel treble control and below the cue gain control. chanel 1 or 2 can be selected or in the middle for a mix of both tracks just like the cross fader.

I repaired mine when that happened.... you have you unscrew all the screws on the top plare there is like 5 or 6 silver ones..Remove faders (2 volume 1 headphone) then remove the top plate. Then unscrew the the black screws on the side and front of the mixer... NOW THIS PART IS IMPORTANT..from the corners of the mixer there will be a little lifts carefully lift the top of the mixer up JUST A LITTLE BIT... have someone hold it or just rest it diagonally so you can unscrew the jack from the back MIC unless you were able to salvage the jack from the headphone if that silver and black piece are gone your going to have to borrow it from the mic... dont worry the mic will still be functional because its better set in that the headphone jack... now use the outside piece and bring the headphone component to the front where its suppose to be so you can screw the 2 back together.. then put every back together in a reverse order and you should be fine.... if you have anymore questions email me at [email protected]

Yes you can use any adapter with output AC 9Volts/1,5Amper. In case of difficulty at the market use any one adapter with output AC 9Volts/more than 1,5Amper. It will just be a little bigger. These details are already printed in the back of your mixer, near the power input jack.

Chances are that you didn't reassemble the unit correctly or damaged a ribbon cable or limit sensor. Re check your work. Pay attention to small circuit board attached to the spin motor RF310T-11400. De-solder the small circuit board on the 2 motors..and apply 12v to the spin motor. See if it spins with no dead spots on start up. when asseembled, motor will only operate and spin up to the proper RPM only if loading is successful and tray is fully closed ..etc. Hope this Helps. If the display is working, you have audio. Check your amplifier. 1300Watt adaptor ... This unit draws a very low power and that is not needed.

Are you using the charging cables that came with it? That is a type C. Are you securely attaching the charging cable? A loose connection would keep the battery from charging. If you had a low battery, you would see a red light. That you have no light at all suggests there is no charge left in the battery. I'm not sure the reset will work with no charge which is why you ought to check the cables first. But turn it off and then hold down the Multifunction button for 10 seconds to reset it.
