Nobis tablet has 5 gig space left, when trying to download new apps, message pops us saying there is insufficient space on device

you will need to reduce space, delete unwanted files items and create space for new apps, alternately see if you have a microsd card (external storage) which is not full.

Nobis tablet problems

Maybe you have the wrong password, perhaps it's case sensitive, maybe you have the wrong encryption set up on your router, maybe the tablet is faulty. Try it elsewhere to narrow the problem.

How can I uninstall,preinstalled apps ?

In Settings > Apps > All you can see a list of all apps that are on your device. You can touch the one(s) you wish to uninstall and more detailed information will appear. There may be a few that have an *uninstall* option. For those that do, simply touch the uninstall button and they will be uninstalled. Those that don't have an uninstall option you are stuck with. The best you might be able to do to reduce the space they take is to disable them if they have that option listed. Also you can clear cache and data on those you don't use or want and that will also clear up some space. The only other way I know of to get rid of native apps is to *root* the device so you have superuser privileges and then you can delete anything you want to. But, rooting by those who don't know what they're doing can result in *bricking* a device.

I have a nobis 9" tablet, im having a hard time downloading apps. it says theres no more space, ive reset the tablet and still nothing. how can i fix this ?

You probably can't fix it without sending it back for repair. It probably has a fault in the internal memory that causes the operating system to see it as full even when it's not full. The Nobis 9 has all sorts of problems with the internal memory as a Google Search will confirm. Lots of people are having the same problem. I had the same problem TWICE in a row. Nobis fixed it the first time and it lasted all of two weeks and then went bad again and they gave me the runaround the second time and wouldn't issue an RMA so I told them to go F themselves.Touch: Settings > Storage and look at the very top bar graph. If it's green all the way across and says 0.00 bytes that means your internal memory has failed and your Nobis 9 is now next to useless. If this is the case, and you ever turn it off (as opposed to putting it to sleep) you will lose each and every change you've made to it. You will not be able to download, much less install anything. But, at least you will be able to pass GO which is more than many hapless Nobis9 buyer can do. IMO the product and the company (Bidwell) is actively ripping off the customers.

My keyboard will not work. All connections are correct and tight

From what I've read about that keyboard, you are not the only one with it not working. There is one thing you can check however that might help. Touch Settings > Storage > three horzontal dots in upper right, it should say USB computer connection. Then touch Developer Options > USB Debugging and select *Allow* If these do you no good then it's probably the keyboard itself that went bad.

My nobis keeps on going to Androiud is upgrading

If it keeps going to the Store to upgrade but can't ever get anything downloaded, it might be that your internal, SD card, App memory partition has gone bad. Too check its status, touch Settings > Storage and observe the top horizontal bar graph which is your App partition. If it's all one color and says 00.0 bytes then it has gone bad. Your device is pretty much useless should this be the case. The only remedy is to return it for repair.

Why won't my tablet download apps off the play store?

Your internal memory app partition is gone. The Nobis NBO9 has some serious issues with bad internal memory storage. Yours is undoubtedly unable to download anything from the Store because the operating system *sees* no place to download them to. Go to Settings > Storage and examine the top horizontal bar graph. It will probably be all one color and the text under it will probably say 00.0 bytes of storage. This means bad internal memory. You are stuck with a broken tablet unless you can manage to get Nobis, now Bidwell to issue an RMA. Good luck with that as they don't seem to eager to stand behind their defective product.

How can I get my tablet to work when it turns on and starts to load it doesn't stop loading.

Lot's of people have your problem. Try Googling *Nobis NB09 stuck on Go*. I happen to have a Nobis NB09 myself and can say with utmost confidence that it is a POS. The problem, from what I've experienced and read is a whole bunch of units with defective internal SD card memory which results in the App partition not being seen or available to the operating system. Since the reset button didn't work, there is a small chance a factory reset might work to at least get you into the set-up process so you can check the app partition memory status. I suspect, like mine, it will say 00.0 bytes available. This is the top graph shown in Settings > Storage. Anyway to do a factory data wipe/reset do the following: with the tablet powered off, 1) press and hold down at the same time the power button and the volume (-) button. After about five seconds you will see the Nobis screen. Continue to hold both buttons down. The Nobis screen will go away. Continue to hold down both buttons until a green android appears along with green text. Release both buttons. 2) Look at the lines of text. One of them will say something like Wipe Data/Factory Reset. Use the volume(+) button to scroll to it and select it by using the power button. 3) another screen should appear with a bunch of *no no no no* lines and one line for a go ahead. Scroll to the go ahead line using the volume (+) button and engage it using the power button. It should then do the factory reset bit and then a screen will come up giving the option to power it off. 4) Power it off, wait at least ten seconds and if it doesn't power back on then push down and hold down the power button until the Nobis screen comes up. Release the power button and wait. Allow the boot up process to run it's course. This could take several minutes - up to ten minutes from some reports with the GO screen showing. If your unit is not completely borked in probably about three to five minutes it will finally boot into the set up screen. If it does this enter your google email info, etc and it will eventually go to a you are ready to go screen. The first thing you should do is go to Setting > Storage and check out the top bar graph. If it's green all the way across and says 00.0 bytes then your memory is defective and your app partition unavailable. If this is the case the tablet won't remember any changes and it won't be able to upload any updates or optional apps. Every time you turn it off and start it back up you will have to again go through the set up process. The only recourse is if it's under warranty to contact Nobis now Bidwell and see if they will issue you a RMA number so your can return it for repair. I did this and they repaired mine and returned it. It worked for about two weeks and AGAIN the memory went bad. I tried to get another RMA and they gave me the runaround. So I told them to go take a flying leap and that I'd be letting everybody know their product is defective and they don't stand behind it.

My nobis 9" tablet keeps popping up windows saying unfortunately blah blah has stopped working. i turned it off and turned it back on and now i can't even get the home screen. please help

Nobis 9 tablets are defective. Many, if not most, of them end up having bad internal memory. They might work for a week, a month or maybe even two months but, sooner or later, theminternal memory goes bad. When this happens you get the stopped working error messages and in many cases it will no longer boot up. Just Google, Nobis NBO9 stuck on go and you will see you aren't the only one who got ripped off when you bought this POS.I know, I have one. I sent it in when the internal memory went bad. Cost me 20 bucks postage. They fixed it and sent it back. It worked about two weeks and the internal memory went bad again. Then they gave me the runaround and refused to issue me an RMA. Stay away from anything sold by Bidwell that uses the Nobis brand. Better yet stay away from Bidwell period. They are rip off artists, IMO.

My nobis tablet is stuck on the nobis start up screen. How do I fix it.

If you Google NobisNB09 stuck on GO you will find many angry people who have the same problem. Rarely does the factory reset procedure work to fix it. IMO they have a problem with faulty internal SD chips. So, what I'm saying is you may not be able to fix the problem other than trying to get an RMA and sending it back for repair if it's still in the warranty period. Here is the factory reset procedure. 1) press and hold at the same time both the power button and the volume(-) button. 2) keep holding them until you see the Nobis screen, Then it will go off. Keep on holding both buttons down for perhaps ten or fifteen more seconds and finally you will see a screen with some green text options 3) Among the options is one that says something like "wipe data/factory reset. 4) Using the volume (+) button scroll to it and then press the power button once to select it. 5) Another screen will come up with text options of no, no no for five or six lines with one that has a go ahead for the reset option. Again, using the volume (+) to scroll to the reset option and select it using one push of the power button. 6) you will get a reboot option. 7) reboot by pushing the power button, it will turn off. 8) Give it a minute or so and then push the start button and hold it until you see the Nobis screen. Let it go and wait. If the hardware's OK it will go through the initialization routine which should take several minutes. Anything more than about ten minutes without going to the set up screen indicates you have bad hardware such as a faulty internal SD memory. One hint: turn off your wi-fi router so it can't connect to wi-fi. It will boot up with the wi-fi ON and it will connect to any open router it can find and commence to download updates for all the apps. This makes it take forever and can completely fill up the available app partition memory and result in another failure to boot up next time. IMO the Nobis NBOP is a POS! I have one so I know.
