Tab has frozen; can't turn on or off. Anyway to fix?
Hold your finger on the on/off button for about 15 to 20 seconds . That should shut down the tablet and reset it. I have had 3 tablets and everyone has reset from a frozen screen that way. Afterwards you should run your anti virus program and bolter to clean up what caused the traffic jam.
How do i clear downloads.
Your tabet should have some kind of a File Manager in the apps main menu. Open it and look for the Download folder which should appear when you open the internal SD icon.
Open the Download folder and you should see your downloaded files. You have the option to select one or more of them and the selected ones you should have the option to delete. Use the three dots in the upper right on most file manages to choose delete, copy move etc. Be extra sure you're in the Download folder before you delete anything, though.
What do i do when my tablet says cannot open file
NOT ALL FILES CAN BE OPENED BY A TABLET. Each filetype is associated to some applcation which is used to open it for some particual purpose. If you don't have the application associated to a detemined file you can't open it. So, to help you, please tell us which are the files you couldn't open and maybe with a few word, what they are supposed to do
I inerted a 32gb SD card and nothing happened so I popped it out anthem I could not get it to pop ck in tablet said new SD card???
When you insert an SD card in the slot the tablet will *mount* it automatically. This means it connects to it and formats it and adds some files and folders so it can utilize it.
Before you remove it you need to go to Settings>Storage>External SD and touch the *unmount* option.
If you don't do this there is a chance the card can be corrupted and can become unusable. If the tablet said new SD card then you might have to go into Settings>Storage>External SD and touch the *Mount* option.
If it's a new SD card chances are you didn't hurt it. But if it's a use one on which you had a lot of data stored and you didn't unmount it before removing it you could have damaged the file structure and your only option to get it back would be to put it into a card reader on a laptop or desktop and reformat it.
