Did you check the top of the gas cap for tape over it top of gas cap should have a small hole all the way through it.take a small piece of wire see if you can push it through . you might have other issues. If it does not.take cap off and drill tiny hole through it .or send cap back where you bought mower explain you want a new cap.

Its a lock nut. Will take a little more levage.

Remove cap on steering wheel, then remove nut.

Your seat safety switch is not working. If the seat switch isn't activated, ie. a person sitting on the seat, the safety system will stop the engine when the levers are engaged. There is probably only one lever safety switch, on the right lever, which is why the left one doesn't kill the engine. Check the seat switch continuity and the wiring for loose connections.

Likely there is air trapped in the system. Try raising drive wheels (safely) off the ground and operating forwards backwards. With minimal load on the hydo pump and motor, the air should purge.

The flywheel key has likely sheared. Contemporary utility 2-cycle flywheel keys are integrated into the flywheel. A new flywheel will be likely be required.
