You only need to give the make and model of your phone.Some screens come with the tools necessary to open the case without damaging or marking it up. There are many you tube videos that give step by step instructions on how to change the screen. You may be lucky and gins one for your phone or a similar model.

well maybe it's the keyboard or the tablet that dosen't want to work.

Are you using Youtube or another video program to view videos. If its another then it may be encoded with something your tablet cannot read correctly. If YouTube try selecting a lower quality

Try disconnecting the bluetooth connection in the Bluetooth menu and then re-sync the two. If this does not work I think the keyboard is got issues that cannot be fixed unless sent back to factory
