How can i get my proscan 9inch tablet to accept adobe flash player?

my proscan 9 inch android 4.4 will not allow adobe flash player i need flash 11, says my device does not support this. is there any way around this, or should i be returning it.

How can I get shows to download on my 9 inch proscan tablet?

Just download a correct app from android, or download on your computer and than copy the show to your tablet. Perhaps you should pay a fee, in the place you live. Did you try Google TV? (not for free)
