Hi, a pair of tweezers can be great help in this situation. If you don't mind damaging the stuck sim card, try heating a pin and sliding it into the plastic of the sim card (be careful not to damage your phone) allow the plastic around the pin to set. Once set pull the pin and hopefully the sim will come with it.

I remember reading somewhere about an issue with so called off brand phones(Non-Flagship)... as im in the same boat(Using Cubot Brand) and talking with my service provider today. they stated my phone isnt on the list or compatable with the at&t network anymore(atleast the calling part of it) you should still be able to use data & text. Lucky i already have a third party app for a 2nd phone and also use google voice, both of which let me make calls using my data. and if i need to contact someone i can either send a voice/text message as normal.I have read somewhere that i believe blu is trying to get onto the att network. So hopefully they do because ill just switch back sense they are a good phone company. Hope this info helps.:Edit: Even if it is 4g LTE, also spoke with a friend who has a 5g non-flagship whos carrier uses att and she isnt able to make calls from the phone but the speeds are still there. Internet works because it uses wifi. Calls use your provider, they have cut you off. Also, if you use another company SIM and if they own the phone on a 2 year contract, they will lock you out with a PUK Lock.
