Hi Having looked at a couple of manuals for this product, I cannot find a reset button. If you are just looking to perform a hard reboot, then hold the power button down for 5 - 10 seconds and the machine should switch off, and you can then restart it using the power button as usual. Are use using HP catridges or generic replacements? Sometimes generics won't register as new. Also, refills can do the same. You may also check to be sure the catridges are fully snapped in place. I hope this is helpful.
