Hi there. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Press FUNCTION , then 7
2. Press 1
   
3. Press SET
4. Enter the new date and time
5. Press SET then STOP.

If you make a mistake, press the left or right buttons to move the cursor to the incorrect number then enter the new number.

1st check for dial tone! monitor button on op panel! possible long distance carrier issue or phone line issue!if prob persists possible modem replacement!

Apparently, you can set it for the default condition or you
can set it for the current fax you are sending.

To set the default:
1. Press "Function" then "74" then "Set"
2. Press "12" then "Set"
3. Press "1" for OFF
Press "2" for ALWAYS
Press "3" for INCOMPLETE only
4. Press "Set"
5. Press "Stop"

If you want to over-ride the default for the current fax,
1. Press "Function" then "8"
2. Press "1" then "Set"
3. Press "1" for OFF
Press "2" for ON (always print out)
Press "3" for INCOMPLETE only
4. Press "SET

the switch is worn out. If you're handy with a soldering gun you can pop the op panel apart, unplug the board, remove 17 screws and swap the start switch with a little used switch such as RESOLUTION
