Panasonic FP-7735 Error Code E3 40 Help!!!!
E3-40 is a toner density sensor error. It's probably toner getting built up on the sensor. It's located under the drum. It will look like 2 little LED looking things on a little circuit board about 3-4 inches long and half an inch wide. You can blow it out with canned air.
If that doesn't work, then the sensor needs to be replaced.

E3 11
E3-11 indicates a problem with the Transfer/Separation corona unit...the unit below the drum.
Either dirty, out of place, broken wire etc, etc.

Dark, streaked copies
I would first start by cleaning the optic's & cleaning the primary & transfer corona wires and do a general cleaning and that may solve your problem? Good Luck

Flashes 40 and then C 3 or 3 C and says to turn
If you mean its flashing "E3-40" ..then it thinks there is a problem with the copy density sensor.
This sensor is located near the drum inside the machine.May just be dirty.
Doubt if this is something the average user can fix.
