Wireless head phones works on principle of wireless technology. The phone has a reciver and tv or Audio system has a transmitter ,. WiFi/blue tooth are examples.

Cut the cord and you'll find 6 wires and a black smaller cable with a white wire and a black wire. The smaller cable with the black and white wire will NOT be used. There may be a CD jammed in the player, causing it to shut off. Another possibility is that the player mechanism has failed and is clicking.

There are caps on the cable ends that have to be removed. Then you insert it in the device

I brought a second hand muteki 7.2 system but only got the av receiver STR-KM7600 does anyone know how I can jerry rig the subs to work through the receiver.

Perhaps it's due to a bad speaker wiring, or a short where the wires connect to the unit.

cpu stands for central processing unit no idea where you find one but perhaps a dealer can order one from SONY

Make sure to hookup and power on all the Sony TV or other device you want to setup using Sony universal remote codes. next, make sure the batteries are working in the universal remote. Note down the Sony universal remote codes from the list provided. Nothing is more frustrating to find out that you have not hooked up or universal remote batteries are bad after spending your evening on trying to program Sony universal remote.
