HOW DO I WIRE A REPLACED SWITCH FOR A DELONGHI 14
I am taking a guess at saying you are referring to the mains switch or power switch. If you are the mains switch in most applications to interrupt the hot. In this case the switch would go in series with your hot wire.
After looking at your particular heater it seems there are two rocker switches. One is for 700 Watt operation the other is for 800 Watt Operation and with both on you get 1500 watt operation. It seems as if these are simply to single pole single throw switches that apply mains power to the pilot. Again these would be wired in series to each element.
If you need it here is the manual

Are they slow heating
They take a while to heat the oil and supply heat by natural convection, air flow over the radiator, unlike bare element heaters so Yes, they are slow.
The plus is that they pose no fire hazard and are more efficient.
How to i get th case of a delonghi model pacan125hpec open?
:To open the case of a DeLonghi model PACAN125HPEC, locate the screws on the back of the unit and remove them. Once the screws are removed, carefully lift the back panel, being careful not to damage any of the internal components. The case should then open and you can access the internal components.
