I had the same problem - you can fix with a system reset. Unplug the unit at the wall and wait 2-3 mins, then plug in and switch on while holding the power button - the display will be blank for at first, but will eventually display '---------------------'. Release the power button and switch the unit on as normal. Press the Dab button and the unit will start to auto-search for channels. Give it a few minutes and you'll be back in action :)

try sliding the door by hand to the right. If you can slide if, lift up on the left side while sliding it all the way to the right and the doot should slide off. Then try sliding it back on. One of the door switches is probably out of place and just needs to be realigned.

Have you tried pressing the play mode button to change from preset to station list which will allow you to view all stations available.Nathan.

I researched this problem for far too long and have learned the following: The UK version of the product has a fuse in the power cord plug end. The item has three typical problems: failure of IC chip, and/or one or two diodes. Unless you are good with a soldering pencil and have some skill, it's best to make a set of speakers from those on the unit and junk the rest of it. Otherwise, it's not worth repairing or salvaging. Remember the negative terminal on speakers made be shared and is the furtherest ring out when joining a stereo mini plug to two speakers. This brand of docks usually fails due to heat dissipation problems as there is no room inside them to keep things cool and Mashushita didn't put a fan in there.

Put new batterys in it.

This has a powered door, is there power in the unit? If not then the cord or connection could be at fault, try moving or pushing on the cord. There may also be an internal fuse and the unit will need to be disassembled.

Nope, they use 100V. You'll need a step-up transformer.
