You did no testing-- at all-- to find a problem ? Didn't check for codes or test for fuel pressure, spark,etc Now the battery failed or the starter?

it may not have the voice software on it, plug it into the computer and add the language!

Hi Graham,I had exactly the same problem with my Nav Man S50. After the icon of the lap top my screen went blank. I updated it via the soft ware provided but no updates were available. In fact the problem turned out to be the on/off switch. Although it was glowing red it was not charging. I simply placed a pen into the switch and it worked.Hope this will help.Maureen

hello peter To restore the device to factory default settings, go to Settings > Device > Restore factory defaults. Please note that you will lose all stored information on the unit including addresses (ex. MY Places, Recent Locations). you can aslo contact the customer care
