My shark clothes steamer will not heat

Sonic Duo. What causes it to beep and quit working?
Google the Shark Sonic Duo Owner's Manual. It should be able to give you an answer. If it gives no answer at all in the manual then there should be the manufacturer's phone number and email address probably on either the first or last page in microscopic typing Give them a phone call and listen to what they say is causing it to beep then.
The body of the shark sonic duo might be broken where you insert the cleaning liquid bottle and the bottle isn't secure then and no liquid is spraying out from the nozzle on front
Why doesn't it work when I use the hose?

Move the power button to the "On-Off" position. Unplug the vacuum.cleaner and then look or check for a clogged hose or filter and also unclog the hose and replace the filter. Wait at least 45 minutes for the vacuum to cool and then plug in the vacuum.

The model number is printed on a silver sticker located on the upper right-hand corner of the back of the unit. The date code is stamped permanently into the metal prong of the power plug and show the week and year of manufacture in the WWYY format.

HOw to fix the Steam feature on the Shark Steam Mop model S3601
- Unplug your mop and let it cool down
- Empty up your water tank
- See if the spray tip of your shark steam mop is blocked
- Insert a paperclip into your mop's spray tip and move it back and forth. This will loosen debris.
- Pour some white vinegar onto the mop head. Then rub it with a duster or rag. This will clear up further buildup in the mop head area.
- Turn it on and try to use it as usual.
