Heat roller abnormally high temperature Check the heater lamp blinking with SIM 5-2. When the lamp blinks normally: Check the thermistor and the harness. Check the MCU PWB thermistor input circuit. When the lamp lights up instead of blinking: Check the lamp control circuit of the power supply PWB and the MCU PWB. Clear the trouble with SIM 14.

Search the internet for: Make + Model + the word "L6" Also, the owner's manual may show the error code in Troubleshooting.

it is probly the thermistors in the fuser unit. in most cases you just replace the whole fuser unit.

H4 is a fuser error, check the continuity of the fuser lamp.

So are you getting the toner out light? The light that looks like a stack of 6 dots? Or are you getting another symbol? If you are still getting the stack of 6 dots then your new toner must be defective.

H4 - Heat roller low temperature detection

On the panel. press # * C * that will enter you into diagnostics mode.
Then enter the number 14 as if making 14 copies. Press start and follow the directions. You may or may not have to enter 1 then execute or just execute the function 14.

TRY THIS PLZ. RESET TROUBLE C-PHOTO- C-PHOTO- THEN TYPE 14 AND PRESS PRINT

1. first, unplug the machine from the power source
2. remove the cartridge, clean it properly with a vaccum cleaner
3. clean inside the copier,
4. remove the transfer unit and clean it
5. reinstall the cartridge and the transfer roller

Not compatible or not working well with windows 7?

Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver/application you installed is for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use "troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program installer first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility". This will allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run. Just reply back if it still doesn't work.:D rate and vote for me:))

First of all, remove both toner cartridge and drum unit. Wipe the space they occupied with a clean cloth till you see its clean. Wipe also the upper part where the laser unit is, that is the place you will see a small glass-like strip above where the drum fits, till clean. Check that the paper tray is not dirty with toner and if it is , wipe it clean. Slowly turn the semi-circular feed rollers while wiping with damp clean cloth till clean. Then check that you replaced a new drum and blade and that the main charger above the drum is clean. Also check that the drum seal blade , that small nylon paper-like seal is not broken , and if broken reinforce with a clear cello-tape. Then, re-insert your cartridges back into the machine and a very clear copy will come out. Please try and you won't fail.
