I bought and downloaded Roxio Creator 2011 last
it could be a faulty download (its hard to tell as it opened something) id say use a download manager like jdownloader to make sure your pulling the files down properly. just copy the link address with jdownloader turned on.itll grab the link and and just click continue with all when it reads it as online.
then if that works and the progam still doesnt work,contact roxio,they may be able to send you out a dvd with the program on it :)

Please refer to the steps below and follow it carefully as it will help you resolving the problem.
- Disable your startup applications using MSCONFIG. This will disable any unnecessary background or system tray applications from loading.
- Go to Start -> Run. Type "msconfig" (without quotes) then click OK.
- Select the Startup tab.
- Click the Disable All button.
- Click the Apply button, then click the OK button.
- Click the Restart button.
To reverse this at the end of installation, go back into MSCONFIG and select Enable All and restart (that can be done once installation is complete).
- If you are installing from a physical disc, please try to copy the content of the disc to a folder on your hard drive then install from the hard drive. To do this:
- Create a new folder on your Desktop.
- Go to Start -> My Computer, then right-click on the Creator installer disc and select Explore.
- Select ALL of the files in the installer window and copy to the folder you just created.
- To install from the folder, double click the setup.exe file.
- If you are installing from downloaded files, please follow the steps below to delete the temporary files then try to reinstall again.
- Go to Start -> Run. Type "%temp%" (without quotes) then click OK. The Temp folder will show up.
- Go to Edit -> Select All.
- Go to File -> Delete.
- Reinstall software

How do I burn multiple slide shows to DVD using Roxio 2011
Create the multiple slide shows and store them in a directory that you have created on your hard disk just for those slide shows. When all the slide shows are present in that directory, start Roxio, use the Add Files function and go to that directory and select all of the files you want on the DVD. Name the DVD to something that indicates what is on it and start the Create/Burn to make your DVD.
