Hi
As its
new I would recommend you to get use warranty and get it repaired/replaced.
However, if you still want to do this yourself then pull out the main wire box
located inside the pad and then take it apart and use hair dryer to dry the
electronic control board, this should work, however remember that opening it will void the warranty. Hope
