I tried every link and selection on the WeatherWorks website in an attempt to find product information, but that was a waste of time. It's the least-friendly and least-useable website I've ever seen. If it's an add-on remote, you should be able to get one at Home Depot, Lowes or fan store.

I use a dime, but a fingernail is fine too. Some require a small screwdriver and then a dime.
