First, here are Microsoft's recommended minimum system requirements:

You will need to have upgraded your memory from the system you had delivered first of all, to either at least 1GB (for 32-bit Win 7) or 2GB (for 64-bit Win 7). In either case, 2GB would be better.
Take your Windows 7 disks (CDs or DVDs) and reinstall it. Possibly you will have an 'upgrade' version of Windows 7. (Your computer was originally shipped with Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, Microsoft Service Pack 2. If you use your recovery CDs or the Recovery partition on your hard disk, this OS will be the one you get)

Go to the motherboard manufacturer's website and download the drivers for that motherboard model number onto a flash/thumb drive with another computer then plug in the flash/thumb drive to the computer that is missing the drivers and install the drivers from it. The motherboard model number will be listed on the motherboard itself. Its usually the largest font printed on the motherboard, is normally located just below but above or between the PCI/PCI express slot, or just to the right of the heatsink/fan combo near the RAM.
I am guessing that you just installed/reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 7? If this is not the case then try doing a system restore back to a day or two before the last time you remember having a working, wired internet connection.
