Where is laser shutter in ir 6000
Open the from door ....
see the top (center) side of the door there is a lever which push the laser shutter when u close the front door..
it may have break

You might Google the printer name and the error code. This is just a shot in the dark, but if there is no "reset" button, you might try unplugging it for a couple of minutes and it should reset itself to factory default settings. You will loose any settings and any work in progress. Just a guess. If you have an owners manual, I would check there to find how to solve the problem. There is normally a section that defines the error codes and gives solutions. You also might want to enter the "menu" if there is one, and discover whether you can solve the problem there. If you don't have an owner's manual, you might be able to find one at the printer manufacturer's website in the support section. Good luck.
