From your print menu properties change it from short 2 sided to long 2 sided or visa versa

E000 error means the fixing assembly is overheating.

You will need a Service technician to fix this.

The problem is with the adf. You can try to reseat the connectors on the adf controler PCB. Only do this with the copier turned OFF. If that does not work you will most likely need to replace the adf PCB

that connector is located at the hooper assembly open the front door then at the right side of that machine remove the 3 screw of the hopper assembly then you will see the hopper connector maybe its not connected to the terminal jack just connect it then return all the screw you remove thats all

Hi. you need to enter in service mode in the control panel do the next key secuence: press adittional function press 2 press 8 press again adittional function. service mode should appear in the screen: (#SSW) tap in the arrow ? or ? and search for CLEAR press OK once, with arrows search for ENGINE and press Ok once, with arrows search for ERRCLR and press OK once more. turn off the machine from the main switch for about a minute and restart it. try to make some copies, if problem persist there is a malfunction in the fixing unit, get technical support. if this answer was helpfull , please rate it. thanks

E733 0001 - A fault is detected by the main controller PCB in the communication between the DC controller PCB and the main controller PCB.
Main cause The connector has poor connection. The DC controller PCB is faulty.

Hello bungo. This code means that an area of the machine called the fixing/fusing unit which always runs at an extemely high temperature( and therefore is closely monitored) sensed a temperature error. I will gladly tell you how reset the error code which will allow the copier start fresh. As the copier starts up it will look again and the temperature and if there is a something wrong it will shut down again. This code can be caused by wierd things like electrical noise so its worth a try.Let me know if you wish to proceed as it is quite easy to reset. :->

This is a potential control error. The problem can be solved by a general tune up by replaceing some corona wires. If that doesnt work then the sensor pcb should be replaced. This also requires a special tool.
