OK here it is
you go to my computer and then click on mp3 player or mtt player and then total storage after thet a bonch of song mp3s will pop up and right click one of them and press delete and it will send it to your recycling ben and if that dont work. your mp3 is trash.
Keeping chapters in order
I fixed this problem by renaming the chapters from 1 to 01 etc. I found the mp3 player would store them in logical order i.e. 1 followed by 10 which was not what I wanted, by renaming the first 9 chapters 01 to 09 this resolved the problem.
N.B. I tried to track down Reorganize on the web but gave up as I could only find a German site and I cannot speak German.
No files
is this with the built in memory or the sd card?? if its built in then you may have a firmware problem or while you were on the puter you got messing around with files and switched around a few?? ok maybe not . I ask cause i've done it myself and scewed my unit up and the only way I was able to fix it was contact the company and they gave me some software to load and it was all better If you can contact the manufacturer of this unit Im sure they would be able to assist you as I cant really say without hooking up the unit and analizing the data I get back from it.. Well good luck to ya.

Everytime I try to load
I think the music files you are trying to load is not in a format playerble by your device or player. If you are trying to load music to your MP3 player, it must be in either MP3 or WMA format. If it is a media player like WMP or Realplayer, the file must be supported by he application.
