Won't go to Voicemail
You will need your system administrator to change the call reroute assignment of your phone, or you have call forwarding active to a location the system can not route a call to. Either scenario your phone administrator can resolve quite easily.
Change user
You need to log into the PBX and change the name in the Telephone Directory. You can't do it from the phone

How do you do a
Unplug the power from the phone. Hold down the Down Arrow key, and power it back on while holding the key. You will get an option to default the phone to factory settings.
How do you answer another
Ascertain from your system administrator the directed call pickup feature access code, this will allow you to pickup any ringing call as long as you know what ext number is ringing.
How do I activate voicemail?
What Mitel controller do you have? What model of voice mail do you have? This phone works on several Mitel systems. Need more information.
