Put in the wrong email

I looked at a picture of the rear of your player and it takes a standard power cord commonly used on boomboxes and similar products. Radio Shack carries a suitable replacement.Their website says it's available in most stores. You might also try thrift/resale shops in your area where cords are often for sale. (I think I have a couple of these cords. If you want to email a postal address to [email protected] I'll be happy to send one if I do.)

Had some power surges and now the unit (XL-MC344)

There is a fuse in this unit but it will require a soldering iron to change it. Fuses are rarely the problem. This unit uses a switch mode power supply along with a small transformer for the standby voltage. It is possible that the internal fuse for the standby transformer has opened. The fix for this would be to replace the transformer. This is a common problem with lightning strikes and power surges. WIthout seeing the actual unit, I can't say that this is the problem for sure, but it is likely. Please note that JVC service manuals are not usually available outside of Authorized service centers.

If you can update this with your location, perhaps I can direct you to a local service center.

XL-MC334 200 disc changer won't play or open

If CDs are inside the cd changer and the changer does not open try the following:

Unplug power cord.
Plug back power cord, press start, and press repeatedly the eject/open button while unit is starting, before it starts reading the CD.

This will open the unit in case it is stuck because of a bad or dirty CD inside.

If that does not work you will need to take apart the unit to remove the CDs.

Does the JVC UX-A4 have aux inputs for a separate turntable to play through amp?

It does have an aux input with two levels but this isn't suitable for a turntable. A suitable input should have RIAA correction with a sensitivity of just a few millivolts for a magnetic cartridge. Instruction manual can be found on the link below... http://resources.jvc.com/Resources/00/00/90/LVT1519-001C.pdf

I have a JVC RX-501 reciver and 2 speakers Sony(200W). I start the reciver and After 3-4 seconds it S make a sound like" bun bun " that S all... After 1-2 minute again..

The sound you're hearing could be due to a variety of reasons, such as a loose connection, a malfunctioning component, or a power issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue: Check the speaker connections: Ensure that the speaker wires are properly connected to the receiver and the speakers. Make sure that the positive and negative terminals are correctly aligned. You can also try disconnecting and reconnecting the wires to ensure a secure connection. Check the power source: Ensure that the receiver is plugged into a working power outlet and that the power cord is securely connected to the receiver. You can also try plugging the receiver into a different power outlet to see if that resolves the issue. Check the volume level: Ensure that the volume level on the receiver is not set too high. High volume levels can cause distortion and other issues. Reset the receiver: Try resetting the receiver to its default settings. To do this, turn off the receiver and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, then plug the receiver back in and turn it on. If these suggestion don't help, you may have to seek professional repair.

A bit of basic knowledge is required first; Insert CD, the first thing the processor expects is to scheive Focus. When Focus is acheived, the Spindle Motor will turn. Either the Laser cannot Focus or there is an issues with the Spindle Motor. Which is it ... if you know, then you will know which part or board has the issue.

JVC MX-GC5 3-CD/AM/FM shelf system with USB. What makes my CD motor not working it's not playing any CD's?

Question edited for a lot more clarity and toss in a load of CAPS. Can you hear the CD Motor spinning? If so, probably this https://www.fixya.com/support/r29927004-dvd_player_or_cd_player_not_reading If not, the CD Unit has failed, or the power supply to it. A JVC Service Centre should be able to fix it. ..

JVC FS-2000 radio. How do I turn off the alarm on it please?

Question edited for clarity, toss in some CAPS, add the Magic word. Strangely there is no owners manual but there is a Service Manual for it. It appears that it is actually a 'JVC FS-2000GD'? Normally turning off the alarm just requires pressing the Alarm Set button one more time to toggle it off. Or you can disconnect it from the mains, remove any back up batteries if it has them and it will reset everything. Then set the time.
