REPLACEMENT PART FOR BUGABOO GECKO

Hi,

It sounds like you need a Canopy Clamp. This part enables you to connect the canopy to the seat frame. You should have a left and right clamp to make this work. These can be purchased from Bugaboo (www.bugaboo.com) for around £5 each.

I hope this helps.

My Bugaboo Frog's back wheels keep falling off! Whats the solution please?!

There are spring clips in the rear axle just behind the rear wheels. Yours are either no engaging properly or missing completely! Check page 20 of the manual. By the way you are my 500th solution!www.pramfix.com.au/baby_repairs_spares/instruction_booklets/Bugaboo%20Frog%20with%20diagrams%202004%20Pram.pdf

The bugaboo frog harness - the end of the sholder

There should be plastic rings on both the lap belts for the shoulder harness to clip too. If they are broken off you can buy the same plastic buckles from Mountain Buggy but you have to sew them on! Bugaboo don't sell them as a part, only with the whole seat frame! Here's a pic of a Bee harness (I have not got a Frog pic) it's the same style. macnutz_37.jpg

Where can i buy silver caps for buggaboo wheels

The caps are called Domed Star Locks put that in google to find manufactures who can then tell you of the nearest seller. The small wheel ones are easier to get and a hardware shop should be able to get them. The large handle ones are harder to find. Google buggypitstop they are a UK stroller repair company and they sell both but for a horrendous markup.

How do you change the

Just use the handle release buttons to un-lock the handle and swing it over to the other side than release the seat by pressing the two square buttons and turn it around so baby still faces you. www.fixya.com/support/r9134331-assemble_frog_or_cameleon

I have the Bugaboo

The button on the side is the release but the ratchet design requires the lever to go up slightly to release. If the cable is set to tight and the brake put on hard it can be difficult to release. Try backing the cable adjuster off a bit. You need to have a play with that adjuster to find the best spot that locks the wheels but allows enough free movement of the cable to let the lever move slightly up to release.
If anyone finds this helpful please tick the box to say so. If it's not let me know.

I can't get the car

The white buttons on the adaptors should just push in and then you lift off. If it's stuck try using some silicon spray and brute force.

Hi, when I open my

The chassis is locked by the seat or bassinet unit clicking down onto the black prongs that stick up from the central hubs. It would be mechanically impossible for the front wheel assembly to swing back if the seat was fully engaged into the hub as it has a large plastic block that fits into the hubs to lock them. Remove the seat check for any obvious damage, spray some silicone spray on the prongs and the square white lock buttons. Wipe of excess with a paper towel than try to fit seat again. macnutz_13.jpg

How do you pack a bugaboo travel bag? It does not

You can find detailed instructions on at www.bugaboo.com/userguides but short the answer is yes the back wheels have to come off to fit in the bag. There's a simple wire spring you compress with your fingers where the stub axel fits into the frame.
