The cause of this problem is usually a dirty scanning glass (there might be ink or white out on the glass). Check the glass really closely or the cause could be dirty optics or a bad CCD board. You can reset the toner cartridges via the printer's menu.

• if an error message appears on the LCD display, press the Cancel (X) button to show the main menu.

Try scanning at a lower DPI setting. The machine is only rated to a certain DPI which is how much information it can handle per inch. Lower the DPI the more pixilated an image you get becomes when blown up but unless you are planning on printing 6/4 photos in A3 size then 600-1200 DPI is plenty.

for the document you want to print click on print and your printer should show up now just click on the printer and look down where it says use printer offline and click on it again and than it will say use printer online and just print from there ok please dont forget to rate this solution for me

Right-click on the printer in the folder and uncheck the "Use Printer Offline" option to place your printer online and available.
