Hi With the additional comment, it would appear to me that the call button or contact has been broken. Your best bet here (IF you're handy with electronic repair) would be to take the handset apart and see if there is any obvious physical damage inside or simply out of place. Barring that, your second option would be replace the phone as shop rates for repair would easily cost you as much or even more than the phone is worth. Hope this helps you out. -Steve

you can turn on the bluetooth on your phone in discovery mode.
