Zenith IQC60H94W 60" Rear Projection Television Questions & Answers
It outlines all objects in
Projection TV sets are known to have two common problems. The first problem that is common to these sets is convergence failure. When this happens the TV will usually look 3D, Wavy/Distorted, etc. It may also shutdown and blink an error code.
The second common problem with Projection TV sets is dull video, halos around objects, white looking video, or red overpowers the screen. This is commonly caused by the fluid in the lens being clouded over.

Picture and sound on my old zenith bigscreen flash on and off.
Sounds like a power problem to me. Possible shorting out inside the tv. If its old I would recommend discarding this tv. The price of repair costs are really high for TV's. You can probably upgrade to a flat panel for what the repair cost would cost you to repair this older tv.
Does it turn off and on as if you were pressing the power button? Or does it happen really fast? If its happening as if you were turning the tv off and then having to wait for it to come on again I would say its the power supply which is probably going to cost you hundreds in a repair shop. However you could possibly find a power supply for it on ebay buy searching for the model number and brand in the search area of ebay. Putting a power supply in a tv isn't really that hard, unless there is something in the way to get it in or out of tv. Usually it just involves unscrewing it from the chassis and unscrewing the hot wires and ground from the supply...then putting the new one in and screwing them back down.
How do you clean the mirror?
It's been a while since I faced one of these, but I believe the bezel around the screen pulls off to expose the screen mounting screws. As I recall it is held on by snap fasteners. It's also possible there is a snap-on trim strip between the screen bottom edge and the speaker grille. If that's the case, remove that to expose screws securing the bottom of the screen. Once they're out the screen swings up and off. Zenith used a couple of methods on different models.
My zenith CD/DVD duplicator LCD light on but no ready
If the LCD light on your Zenith CD/DVD duplicator is on but it is not showing as "ready," it is possible that there is an issue with the duplicator's internal components or settings. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
Check the disc trays: Make sure that all of the disc trays are closed properly and that there are no discs stuck inside the duplicator. If a tray is open or a disc is stuck, the duplicator will not be able to operate properly.
Check the power source: Make sure that the duplicator is plugged into a working power source and that the power cable is securely connected to the duplicator. If the power source is not providing enough power, the duplicator may not be able to operate.
Check the settings: Check the duplicator's settings to ensure that it is set up correctly for the type of disc you are trying to duplicate. For example, if you are trying to duplicate a DVD, make sure that the duplicator is set to duplicate DVDs and not CDs.
Reset the duplicator: Try resetting the duplicator by unplugging it from the power source for a few minutes, then plugging it back in and turning it on. This can sometimes resolve minor issues with the duplicator's internal components.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it is possible that there is a more serious issue with the duplicator's hardware or software. In this case, it may be best to contact Zenith customer support or a professional technician for further assistance.
