on today digatal machines what you put on the glass is what you get out there is now need to put it darker in this order you mirrors is durty ,the laser **** glass or laser inside is durty ,developer is not enouth ,drum need replacement.

every 150 000 copy the maintance light comes on then the technician need to do a maintanace were he replace the maintance kit MK410 u may go a few copy over until the kit get replace i did find some time 2000 over some one did not replace the kit and went over to far and the high volts board blow it cost them twice as match the a new kit

When the technician replace the correct Maintenace kit it must go off

you have a broken gear in the maindrive motor gearbox

This could be a fuser housing error, usually associated with dirty AC power. This could be due to a faulty PWB.
You could try running this self reset though:

• Switch off
• Open Toner Cover
• Switch on, holding System Menu
• Go to Secure Setting
• Enter
• Hold Start # Enter
• Scroll down to Maintenance Mode
• Enter
• Scroll down to U163
• Scroll down to Execute
• Enter
• Close Toner Cover
• Leave run for a few seconds
• Switch off
• Switch on
