How to completely erase everything without a secondary key
Wipe it really clean? Like erase Windows and everything?
Do you have the original disks that came with the computer? If you boot from a Windows installation disk, then you can reformat (wipe) the disk before you install. That's a nice clean install. If you want to go a step further, you could repartition the drive with fdisk, then format it.
If you're looking to keep windows, but erase all the programs and files, that's more tedious. Open Control Panel, go to Programs & Features. You'll see a list of installed programs. You can double-click on a program to uninstall it.
To get rid of files, I would suggest creating a new User account for yourself, give yourself Administrator permissions, and then delete your friends account. Then you can look in the Users folder, and if you see your friend's account on a folder, delete it.

- Remove all floppy disks, CDs, and DVDs from your computer, and then restart your computer.Click the Start button , click the arrow next to the Shut Down button , and then click Restart.
- Do one of the following:
- If your computer has a single operating system installed, press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. You need to keep tapping on F8 before the Windows logo appears. If the Windows logo appears, you'll need to try again by waiting until the Windows logon prompt appears, and then shutting down and restarting your computer.

Dear Justin,The
Latitude E5410 service manual shows that the following processors can be used: Intel
Core i3, i5 and i7 series, as well as Intel Celeron and it is also shown in
the manual that the processor can be removed (it is not soldered directly to
the motherboard) . And a review of this laptop by "Notebook Review" indicates
that "The Latitude E5410 offers a wide range of
processor options, spanning from the Core i3 370M to the Core i7 620M."
Although I do not know which processor you presently have in your laptop, I would say that it can be upgradeable from a Core i3, or Core i5 to a Core i7 620M processor.
Hope this
helps!

How to fix my dell E4310 from freezing while im using it?
There are a number of reasons that the unit could be freezing up.
- Corrupted file(s)
- Low available disk space
- Viruses and/or malware
- Too many add-ons/toolbars/etc.
- Heat build-up
Number one is the hardest to find. So start with #2. The computer needs free hard drive space to operate. If the disk is nearly full or is very fragmented, this can slow the machine to a crawl. Check for available space and if there is plenty (20GB or more), then check for fragmentation under administrative tools. If the defragmentation tool recommends optimization, allow it to perform it and see if that helps.
For viruses and possible malware, run your virus scanner. It is always a good idea to get a second opinion on such things. Malwarebytes is a free malware scanner that works very well to find adware and some things that many antivirus programs fail to detect.
Many user feel that they have to have every bell and whistle. I've seen some browsers with 7-10 different toolbar add-ons. These almost always come with some adware and always slow down the browser. Uninstall all but the most essential toolbars for the best performance. Heat is a slayer of machines. Laptops are very susceptible to heat issue since they are often placed on beds, sofas, carpets, and yes, even laptop. Many of these units draw cooling air from the bottom and exhaust it to the side. Even those that draw air from the rear and exhaust to the side will often intake large amounts of dust, grit, and lint. These can partially or completely clog the heat sink unit and cause heat buildup of the processor. This will cause the processor to work slower and can actually cause it to thermally lockup, resulting in the need to reboot. Many units can be accessed to clean with a removable cover on the bottom; others may need to be serviced by a technician to clean.
