You should be able to access the A/V input by cycling through all available channels (using the Channel Up/Down buttons). You may need the A/V device to be powered on. However, if you programmed the Channel list to skip Aux, you may need to add that back into the list. You need the Menu function on the remote. Use the Up/Down arrows to navigate to Channel Set Up. Then press the F.Fwd (right arrow) to enter the sub-menu. Then select the Add/Delete Channel option. Another way to access the A/V input is accessed by pressing the Game button on the original remote. (This also adjusts the screen lighting.) The game button is the middle button on the last row of buttons on the remote. If you do not have the original remote, you need one that matches that function. Not really. This is an internal CRT problem, essentially part of the rods are not firing.it would be more expensive to get a replacement piece because you are essentially buying the main component of the Television to reinsert. Sorry.

NB: Switch OFF and ON your TV with its front panel power switch [NOT BY THE REMOTE CONTROL HANDSET]; each time before trying and other code.

Left up the VCR tape gate,see,if the tape still in there?Yes,unplug,10 mins.replug the Tv and push the tape forward botton.Let the tape go forward about 5 sec. eject the tape take out.Grandson probally rewind the same seen to many times,causing power power shotdown mode.

Hi,

Externally you cannot disconnect the VCR from TV.If you need to disconnect the VCR yo u have to remove the outside cover and then only can disconnect it.

The vcr sistem is out of time and the microprocessor don´t detect the tape is out,you need to change the motor belt charge,good luck

thats usually means the flyback or the horizontal output transistor is shorted. i would replace the flyback thats most likely the cause. If you need me to post a link of where you can get a replacement flyback with instructions how to reoplace it. please let me know

you have a Philco, TV\VCR Combo Your problem is the VCR.The rubber band that pulls in the Vhs tape and kicks it out is stretched,
or damaged. The TV turns off to protect itself. You need a replacement.If u know how to get inside,look at the right side of the VHS section [you will be facing the back of the TV] be careful! "Electricity HURTS. It will be very hard to find the replacement VHS rubber band. There are 3 bands, replace them ALL!!, not just the damaged one.

This is usually a sign that a function has not completed or a switch has stuck in an incorrect position. eject can only happen if the sensor (either optical or mechanical senses that a tape is present. The swich might be stuck or the sensor might be blocked or bad. You can open up the unit and try to determine if the sensors are not being blocked by any of the mechanical parts of the unit. You will need the service docs to show you where the components are located. I hope this helps. Shuttle83
